PLEASE NOTE: Credit card use entails a 3.2% surcharge which is passed on to you. If the tour is cancelled, the surcharge will NOT be refunded since Copper Beech will have paid PayPal this surcharge and will not be reimbursed. Likewise, if you withdraw from the tour, surcharges are not refundable. Any refunds given will be made by check AT LEAST 45 days after original payment. | 2008 Hampton Court Flower Show with an In-depth Look at the Gardens of Gertrude Jekyll, July 1 - 9, 2008 Deposits only 1) I am registering on or before December 24, 2007. I have spoken with Linda McHam and there is room for me on this tour. Please charge my card $500 plus a 3.2% surcharge of $16.00 which totals $516.00. This represents a $100 discount off the regular deposit of $600. 2) I am registering on December 25, 2007 or later. I have spoken with Linda McHam and there is room for me on this tour. Please charge my card $600 plus a 3.2% surcharge of $19.20 which totals $619.20. |

| Balances due (if you have already paid a deposit) Once the tour has reached its minimum of 10 participants, we will send an e-mail or letter to those registered with deposits, that the tour is "on go"! You may pay your balance by credit card at that time. Balances are due in full after April 2, 2008. 3) I have been notified that the tour is "on go". The cost of the ground portion of the tour is $6,250 per person based on two sharing plus a 3.2% surcharge of $200.00 for a total of $6,450.00. I have already paid my deposit and the balance due now is: ($6,250 plus $200.00 surcharge) = $6,450 minus $619.20 deposit = $5,830.80. 4) I would like a room by myself. I have spoken with Linda McHam and there is a single room available for me. The single supplement is $1,070 plus a 3.2% surcharge of $34.24 = $1,104.24. |
