Chelsea Flower Show Tour (completed)

The cost for the 100th Anniversary of the Chelsea Flower Show tour is $4,325 per person, based on sharing a room. If you prefer a room by yourself, the single supplement is $550. Airfare is not included. A deposit of $550 is required to secure your place on the tour.

Download the Registration Form. Please fill it out completely and mail it and your check to the address indicated on the form. Reservations for the tour will be processed in the order they are received. I expect that the tour will fill quickly for this special event, so please mail your deposit as soon as possible.


Tour Details

This tour will travel with as few as eight (8) members up to a maximum of 14 participants with a host and driver/guide. The earlier you register, the sooner we will know that the tour is "on go". It is especially important that we have our minimum of eight by the end of December (or sooner) since the Chelsea Flower Show tickets go on sale in December and will go very quickly this year. I anticipate that they will be sold out by the middle of January if not sooner.

Booking and Cancellation Conditions

Please review the Booking and Cancellation Conditions contained in the Registration Form above. Deposits of $550 are due now and the balances are due when the minimum has been reached, but in no case later than January 15, 2013.

Trip Cancellation and Repatriation/MedEvac Insurance

All participants should consider purchasing trip insurance. If you are certain that you will not need reimbursement for out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., tour costs, airline tickets, etc.) if you must cancel (or the trip is cancelled), you can purchase Repatriation/MedEvac insurance at substantially reduced prices. This should be a "must" for all travelers. Being abroad without Repatriation Insurance is not advisable. Simply put in "0" for the "Trip Cost Per Traveler" and review the prices and coverage.

REMINDER: Do not book any non-refundable expenses such as trip cancellation or other insurance, airline tickets, hotel extensions or upgrades, theatre tickets, etc., until you have been notified in writing that the tour will proceed. 

  • Travel Insured International - When you purchase insurance, use the trip cost and any other expenses that you need to cover such as airline tickets, etc., as the basis. You should purchase insurance to cover any and all expenses you expect to incur or that need to be reimbursed.
